The hotelito 27 is a good option to stay in La Palma for a relatively low price. My room was functional and clean but a bit exposed to noise in the entrance area and the corridor. Also there was no curtain in the shower and difficult to avoid a mess. The staff was friendly, but chatted loudly at 7 in the morning... I appreciate that check out is only at 12 and breakfast, which is quite good, is served until 11. The location is good and easy to reach by walking from the ferry port.

The hotel was perfect for our trip to La Palma. Issa and the other Staff were lovely and the service was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was freshly made everyday with plenty to offer. The hotel is not too big so you have a friendly personal touch. The hotel is located up a hill, behind Santa Cruz's old church, 2 minutes from the harbour and the main streets that have shopping, bars and restaurants.

Modern design, welcoming friendly staff, comfortable and very clean. Great included breakfast too. Excellent central, yet quiet location in Santa Cruz, just a few minutes' walk from where the 500 airport bus drops off and picks up. Close to main shopping streets and seafront with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. I can highly recommend this small, friendly hotel.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel given it was so close to nearby restaurants, cafes, bakeries and was it was only a few minutes to the beach. Sitting on the balcony was such a nice way to enjoy the morning sunrise and have our breakfast before heading out each day!

I particularly appreciate the customer service and the wonderful service at breakfast, which was delicious. I would recommend everyone to stay at El Hotelito 27.
